At Kuzgun Football Academy, children's physical and emotional safety comes before sporting success. This policy is binding for all coaches, staff and volunteers.
- Criminal-record and reference checks are carried out for all staff.
- Coaches are never left alone with a child in a closed space; an adult-presence rule applies to changing rooms.
- Training areas have security cameras; recordings are stored in line with data-protection law.
- Photos and videos of players are published only with written parental consent.
- Every facility has at least two first-aid-certified staff and a defibrillator.
Reporting a concern

The policy is reviewed with all staff at the start of every season and audited once a year by an independent expert. A summary is also presented to parents at the start-of-term meeting.
