As Kuzgun Sports Services Ltd. (the "Academy"), we are the data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Because most players are minors, personal data is processed with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Data processed and purposes
Identity, contact details, birth year, medical-certificate information, photos/videos, fee payment records and development test results are processed to organise registration and training, handle licences, track payments, protect player health and safety, and meet contractual obligations.
Transfers and retention
Data is shared only with the federation for licence processing, the insurer, the payment provider and, where legally required, competent authorities. Health data is special-category data and is visible only to authorised staff. After membership ends it is deleted or anonymised once statutory retention periods expire.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may request access, correction, deletion and object to processing by writing to kvkk@kuzgunakademi.com.tr.
