Kuzgun Cup 2026 Is Coming: Format, Categories and Registration

The 24-team U10-U12 tournament will be played over two weekends at the Bornova Main Facility.

Our annual Kuzgun Cup is being played this season at the Bornova Main Facility with 24 teams in total across the U10, U11 and U12 categories. The purpose of the tournament is not only a trophy; it is to give children experience against different teams and a healthy way to experience winning and losing.

Format

In each category eight teams are drawn into two groups. In the group stage every team plays three matches of 2×20 minutes. Group winners and runners-up reach the semi-finals. Placement matches are also played for eliminated teams, so every team plays at least three matches; that is our guarantee.

Dates

  • Registration closes: 15 November
  • Draw: 20 November, Bornova Main Facility
  • U10 and U11 matches: weekend of 28 November
  • U12 matches and finals: weekend of 5 December

Entry conditions

All players must be licensed or hold a player health certificate. A maximum of 14 players may be registered per team. The entry fee is 3,500 TRY per team and includes referees, pitches, medals and participation certificates. For online registration use the Kuzgun Cup option in the 'Camps, Kit and Tournaments' packages.

Fair-play award

In each category the 'Kuzgun Spirit' cup goes not to the team with the most points but to the team with the highest fair-play score. The sportsmanship of parents and coaches counts towards the score too.

Spectator entry is free. The venue has a canteen and a first-aid point. The fixture list will be published on this site's 'Fixtures and Tournaments' page after the draw.

Information for parents and teams

Each team must enter the pitch 30 minutes before kick-off and hand player IDs (or academy ID cards) to the referees' table. Players without a health certificate cannot play in the tournament. A medical officer will be on site all day to direct players to the first-aid point after matches.

Transport and parking

Because the 80-space car park at the Bornova Main Facility may fill up on tournament days, we suggest car-sharing where possible. Weekend shuttle services are planned from Karşıyaka and Buca, and times will be announced after the draw. Coaches of participating teams can send pre-draw questions through the contact form on this site.

How to register

The team coach selects the Kuzgun Cup option under the 'Camps, Kit and Tournaments' packages, pays online and then completes the player-list form that arrives by email. Once the entry fee is paid, the team is added automatically to the draw list. Not only our own academy's players but any licensed team with health certificates can take part, so we look forward to applications from neighbouring clubs too.
